Sienna Miller shares a few passionate kisses with billionaire boyfriend Balthazar Getty before heading to LAX airport in Los Angeles on Monday. The British actress was later seen rushing through security solo.

Sienna, 26, and Balthazar, 33, were also recently spotted having a romantic dinner at Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles.

Sienna’s ex, Rhys Ifans, was recently interviewed by Britain’s Guardian newspaper. Apparently he didn’t write any of the songs on his new album about Sienna because “she doesn’t deserve a f—ng song!”"

Yikes! Somebody’s bitter. But rightfully so? Maybe?

Sienna Miller breaks down and almost starts to cry when the paparazzi question her in Malibu, Calif., on Monday.

The 26-year-old actress was trying to fill up her Lexus at a Malibu gas station, when one of the paparazzo questioned Sienna about her alleged homewrecking.

“Can you leave me alone, I’m trying to get gas and this is really harassment. Please leave me alone,” Sienna said. “Please I’m asking you. I can’t live like this, please give me a little bit of respect. I’m just trying to f***** fill up my car.”

After she left the gas station Sienna pulled into the Police Department’s Emergency Safety Zone to ask for an escort home.

Sienna’s got an eye on you!

Sienna Miller and Balthazar Getty eat, drink and get merry over their lunch at Taverna Tony in Malibu, Calif., on Sunday.

Sienna, 26, and Balthazar, 33, are currently living together in a beach house in Malibu.

The couple has been less secretive about their relationship and were last seen heading to a pharmacy on Saturday.

The couple each walked out carrying iced coffee drinks in one hand and their own purchases in the other. Sienna, 26, and Getty, 34, left together but immediately separated when they spotted photogs in the distance. Both drove off together into a private gated community.

Sienna Miller is spotted back in L.A shopping and talking on her cellphone in Beverly Hills, California on Wednesday.

Friends of Sienna Miller say she is no home wrecker, and she never would have gone near her new love, Balthazar Getty, if he was still with his wife, Rosetta.

“She and Balthazar met through friends and he was already separated from his wife,” one close associate told Page Six. In fact, when Getty announced in July that he’d split up with Rosetta, the mother of his four children, “he’d been sleeping on friends’ couches for six months.”

“The photos of Sienna and Balthazar on the boat in Italy? His mother and her mother were the ones sitting next to them. Balthazar is in LA with her now and he’s speaking to Rosetta and going to [his old address] to see his children. Sienna has been hanging out with his family all week,” the friend said.

“It’s just annoying that all this misinformation is out there. He should’ve announced his separation a lot earlier than he did - she was always told he was separated. There’s no way she would ever get involved with another married man after Jude Law.”

Balthazar Getty and Sienna Miller initially denied rumors of a romance but now the 33-year-old Brothers & Sisters actor is coming clean.

Balthazar released the statement below confirming that he has split from his wife, Rosetta, who is said to feel “humiliated” by the very public romance.

Mr. Getty says, “The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience, especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet, which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed by wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”

Balthazar and Sienna, who was topless, were seen vacationing together in Italy last week.

Fresh from her steamy vacation with married man Balthazar Getty, a solo Sienna Miller looks a bit down as she hides her face while out and about in London on Monday.

Sienna’s much-publicized affair with the 33-year-old Brothers & Sisters star (and heir to a $50 billion oil fortune) prompted his fashion designer wife Rosetta, 37, to flee the country. She said she felt “humiliated” by his behavior.
