The happy family spent Thanksgiving weekend together with Ryan’s family, most likely in his home state of Delaware.

Ryan’s ex-wife Reese Witherspoon spent Thanksgiving with boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal in the UK. The couple and actress pal Gwyneth Paltrow celebrated at a party thrown by British architect Richard Rogers.

The 34-year-old actor was spotted walking into his local polling station, where he spent about 30 minutes waiting to vote. When asked who he voted for, he replied with a question, “Who do you think?”

Phillippe continued, “I spent the weekend in Missouri campaigning for [Obama].” He also mentioned that he’s planning a party to celebrate an Obama win.

Ryan also said that he voted NO on Prop 8, which seeks to ban same-sex marriage.

The 34-year-old posed with his co-star and ex-Bond girl, Eva Green (pictured below). Franklyn follows four intertwining stories, three of which are based in contemporary London and one of in a parallel fantasy environment called Meanwhile City. Ryan plays, Preest, a masked vigilante detective who’s the only atheist in Meanwhile City, has a lot of cynicism and hates The Ministry with a vengeance.

Franklyn will be released in the UK in January 2009.

Last week, it was reported that Jake Gyllenhaal might be spending a lot of time with Abbie Cornish, as his leading lady in an upcoming sci-fi flick.

Meanwhile Abbie, 26, can be seen in Bright Star, an upcoming drama based on the three-year romance between 19th century poet John Keats and Fanny Brawne (Abbie’s character), which was cut short by Keats’ untimely death at age 25.

Bright Star is scheduled to be released sometime in 2009.

Abbie Cornish is already dating Reese Witherspoon’s ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe, but soon may also be spending a lot of time with Reese’s current squeeze, Jake Gyllenhaal.

An insider tells In Touch that producers on Jake’s next movie are considering Abbie as his leading lady. The sci-fi flick is about an expedition to the moon to start a lunar colony and is due out in 2010.

“This is one of those only-in-Hollywood situations,” the insider says. “It could work out as long as Reese doesn’t visit Jake on the set.”

Reese Witherspoon takes her kids, Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4, for an hour-long long hike through Temescal Canyon in Pacific Palisades, Calif., on Saturday morning. The 32-year-old actress was accompanied by her girlfriend and her young son.

Noticeably missing from the family hike through the 90 degree heat was Reese’s beau Jake Gyllenhaal, who has been busy shooting Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, in Morocco.

Ryan Phillippe works up a sweat in the California sun while doing a running stairs cardio workout out in the Hollywood Hills on Tuesday morning.

The 33-year-old actor looked in great shape as he worked out solo and shirtless.

Later this year, Ryan will star in the fantasy drama, Franklyn (UK only). The movie follows four intertwining stories, three of which takes place in contemporary London and the fourth takes place in Meanwhile City, a parallel fantasy environment. In Meanwhile City, atheist vigilante Jonathan Preest (Phillippe) fights against the various religious presences. Ultimately, his path crosses with three others (Eva Green, Sam Riley, Bernard Hill) from London.
