On their newly renovated L.A. canyon home: “It’s kid-friendly, animal-friendly. You can jump on the sofas, walk around barefoot. There’s nothing off-limits here.. The energy here is so inviting – it is open and playful. And everywhere you look, inside and out, you get to see a part of nature.” (They have three dogs and a 5-month-old daughter Honor Marie.)

Jessica Alba stays classic in black Ferragamo at the Robert Ramos Haircare Launch at Estilo Salon on Monday in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old actress was accompanied by entrepreneur husband Cash Warren and actress pal Jaime King.

The day before, Jessica wore tortoise sunglasses and a green bag by Ferragamo as she carried around her adorable daughter, Honor Marie during a shopping trip to “Maxfield” on Melrose.

Jessica Alba plays the host of a faux home-shopping cable channel, hawking “The Muzzler 2008,” a Hannibal Lecter-like restraint mask that symbolizes failing to exercise the right to vote.

For this faux-infomercial, the 27-year-old Fantastic actress enlisted the help of Heroes starlet Hayden Panettiere and 90210 star Tristan Wilds. Both guest stars comically wear the mask, attempting to talk and eat with it on. (Jessica’s ad campaign wearing the mask was released on Wednesday.)

Jessica Alba channels her inner-Hannibal Lecter with a muzzled mask in the newest image in Declare Yourself’s provocative campaign to compel young people to register and vote rather than “silencing themselves.” (She also appeared in a gag and bindings in last month’s campaign.)

Declare Yourself is a youth voter initiative aimed at energizing young adults to participate in the 2008 election.

“These images, while incredibly unsettling, are extremely compelling to today’s young adults,” said Marc Morgenstern, Declare Yourself Executive Director. “With less than 40 days left until the national election, we deliberately chose vivid and startling imagery to break through and underscore the grave consequences of not voting and in effect muzzling oneself.”

“I’d like to have as many children as my body will allow,” Jess has said. “And I’d adopt if I still want more children after that. Cash wants the same things in life. He wants to adopt and have a big family and believes in marriage forever. It can really happen if we want it to.”
