Britney Spears is escorted by sheriffs and meets up with her mom at celebrity lawyer Barry Tarlow’s office, on Tuesday afternoon.

The 26-year-old pop princess is going back to court regarding the custody case, and a hearing has been scheduled for September 16. Her custody battle could reportedly cost her over $700,000.

While on her way to her lawyer’s office, Britney wore a necklace with her son’s names on it, Jayden James and Sean Preston.

Britney is on the latest cover of OK!, and revealed how she’s made her stunning transformation.

Britney Spears looks fabulous in a white bikini on the latest cover of OK! Magazine.

The 26-year-old pop princess showed off her bangin’ new body in late July, when Britney vacationed at the Las Ventanas resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, with her assistant Brett, her bodyguard Lee, her dad, Jamie Spears, and pal George Maloof.

Days later, in an exclusive interview at her Beverly Hills home, Britney chatted with OK! about how she’s made her stunning transformation.

On eating right: “I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life. My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”

On cutting out a guilty pleasure of hers: “Frappuccinos - gone. (laughs) I do still drink coffee, but just with Equal.”

On working out five days/week at an outside gym and sometimes at the fully-equipped gym in her house: “I was working with male trainers and recently switched to a woman because she knew how to lean me out better.”

Brit Brit showed up at the studio with her assistant and a body guard. After leaving the studio and returning home, Britney and her assistant were seen heading out again.

In her latest interview with OK! the 26-year-old pop princess talked about getting her life on track and her upcoming album.

“I think it is more urban,” she said. “I’m writing every day, right here at the piano in this living room… This is my best work ever.”

Apparently Brit Brit wrote a new song about her sons, Jayden and Preston, called “My Baby”, which will be released on her new album. Here’s some quotes from the 26-year-old pop princess:

On being on the right track on life: “I’m healthy, happy and excited about the future.”

On if she cooks and cleans: “I do. Usually the maid and I will cook together. [The boys] love my spaghetti… I get mad if the maid does all the housework. If she takes it all into her own hands, well, what’s for me to do? I’m a cleaning fanatic. Dusting is my favorite, and Windex-ing.”

On what she calls son Jayden: “J.J.”

On her sons being so into cars: “[We’ve] watched the Cars movie nine million times!”

On what she’s listening to these days: “I really like Rihanna. I think she’s great. And the girl Duffy. I think she’s amazing. And I like the new Madonna CD. I like Leona Lewis, too.”

Britney Spears gives OK! magazine her first candid interview in two years. Here’s what the comeback pop princess had to say:

On not wanting her sons, Jayden and Preston, to pursue a career in the entertainment business: “I’d rather not. But but I’d love them unconditionally if they wanted to. I’d just as soon they have a more normal childhood.”

On younger sister Jamie Lynn’s recent pregnancy: “I was shocked a little bit. She’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby. It was mind-boggling.”

On wanting her boys to be close to her newborn niece: “I’m sure the boys will be like big brothers to Maddie.”

On her new album hitting stores in six to nine months: “I think it is more urban. I’m writing every day, right here at the piano in this living room… This is my best work ever.”

Her father, Jamie Spears, was also present during the interviewing, sharing how Britney is capable of being manipulative to get her way: “It’s wonderful. (The relationship) is new for both of us. She sometimes calls me 50 times a day and asks me things that light my life up. But like all daughters, she is very manipulative and cunning. So she gets what she wants a lot… God has a way of taking something bad and turning it into something good. If this hadn’t happened, I would never have been able to get back with my daughter and have this relationship I have with these two little boys.”

The 26-year-old singer has fueled speculation that she may return to the MTV Video Awards, after filming a promo for the awards ceremony, with the show’s presenter, Russell Brand.

Brit received two nominations, for Best Female and Best Pop Video.

The MTV VMAs show is set to air on September 7th.

Brit-Brit looking fit-fit!

The 26-year-old singer has just done a spot for MTV’s Video Music Awards with first-time host, Russell Brand (Forgetting Sarah Marshall).

This comes a year after Brit-Brit’s uninspired performance during the 2007 MTV Music Awards.

“Britney looked really good,” says a source. “It was improvisational questions and answers with Russell Brand just like [other promo guest stars] LL Cool J and Pete Wentz did. Russell joked about there being sexual tension, and Britney shot back, ‘I don’t feel the tension’. The other joke was about no one knowing who Russell was so she called him by the wrong name. LL called him Russell Bland and Britney called him Russell Brown.”
