Ashlee Simpson: I’m Pregnant! Really, This Time!
Ashlee Simpson-Wentz just confirmed her pregnancy on husband Pete Wentz’s blog at FriendsorEnemies.com. Here’s the official confirmation from the newlyweds:
“While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecting our first child. This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family.”

It’s nice to know that people get pregnant before getting married nowadays, good role model Ashlee. So I guess all those news posts about her being pregnant were false - God these people are pathetic. I’m sure that marriage will list (sarcasm intended)!

Congratulations! I thought that is why they were waiting. Why should they tell any one until they were ready and last I looked this is their first kid so the only “role models” they are for will be their own kids.

Their baby will be cool…I don’t hate on these two. Though Pete DID say, “Why is it that just because we are getting married she has to be pregnant?” He seemed so indignant over rumors she was preggos but…well it turned out to be the truth.
Frick, finally. Why on earth would they ever get married so quickly after they’re engagement? Lol I’m sure they love each other though i doubt that’s the only reason they got married. But this is not really news.
I’m very happy for them, they seem to genuinely be in love and I think they will be wonderful parents.

although she had been branded a “groupie” i knew they “had to” get married, because…….he got her in the “family” way.
I guess I can understand why they wanted to be married before the baby was born, but would they have gotten married this soon if she wasn’t preggers? Why rush to the altar, the deed has already been done(meaning she’s prego), so why try cover up that fact that you got pregnant before you were married, hello we can all do they math 1 trimester isn’t equal to 1-2 weeks of marriage.
